Does paying a fee to an agency speed up the process?
Absolutely not! The process of obtaining a permanent visa will not be quicker if you pay an agency to file your paperwork. The processing time is dedicated by the INS and the workload they have at that time. In order to immigrate to the United States, there are certain requirements that every nurse must meet. All nurses must complete the NCLEX, TSE, TOEFL, and Visascreen. These requirements have been established to insure that all foreign nurses working in the US are able to function effectively in the United States healthcare system. Paying a fee will not exclude you from any requirements. At White Glove Agency we charge No Fees to the applicants and have had continued success with bringing the foreign nurses to New York.
